Research has shown that doing just one of these activities for 21 days will change a persons brain chemistry and they will begin to feel happier.


 1. Identify and write down 3 things you are grateful for each day for 21 days.

2. Perform one positive/meaningful activity daily for 21 days.

3. Identify one meaningful thing that happened to you today. Take a few minutes to write

out in detail everything you experienced. Do this once a day for 21 days.

4. Write an email, letter, note, make a phone call, text or tell someone face to face

something positive about that person. This should only take a few minutes. Do this for

21 days.

5. Exercise just 15 minutes daily for 21 days.
